Where do you ship?
Everywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Standard is 3–6 business days (free over $60), Express Post reaches metro areas in 1–2 business days.
How fresh is the mithai?
Very. Gudpak and pustakari are made to order in small batches and flown out within days of setting — never warehouse stock. Batches arrive weekly.
How should I store them?
Airtight in a cool pantry for up to two weeks, or refrigerate in summer (bring gudpak to room temperature before serving for the full fudge texture).
Do you cater for Dashain & Tihar?
We run festival hamper pre-orders for members of our mailing list. Hampers regularly sell out, so subscribing is the only reliable way in.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it — no forms. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days.
Can I order for my family overseas?
Currently we deliver within Australia only. New Zealand shipping is on the roadmap for next year.
