30-day returns

Unopened, undamaged packs can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label for faulty or incorrect items.

Damaged in transit?

Send one photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately — no forms, no return trip for crushed goods.

Freshness guarantee

Spices should smell like the hills they came from. If an aroma ever disappoints, tell us which batch (it's printed on the base) and we replace it free.

Change of mind on food

For food-safety reasons we can't restock opened products, so change-of-mind refunds apply to unopened packs only.
