Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract forms when we dispatch. We may decline orders in cases of pricing errors or stock shortfalls, with a full refund of anything paid.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Afterpay instalments are interest-free; late fees are governed by Afterpay's own terms.

Liability & food safety

Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. Always check ingredient lists for allergens — full declarations appear on every product page and pack.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
