The story behind it
The elder statesman of Nepali mithai: chaku jaggery boiled with ghee until glassy amber, set into signature diamond pieces with coconut, sesame and walnut. Made in small batches in Bhaktapur.
Ingredients
Jaggery (chaku), clarified butter (ghee), milk, desiccated coconut, sesame seed, walnut, green cardamom. No preservatives.
